• Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Choose our expedited shipping option at checkout for quicker delivery. Additional charges apply.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
Processing Time
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after processing.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Delays
• While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays). Shinrin Home is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of your package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Changes to Shipping Information
• If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee updates once the order is in transit.
